The best way to apply the NEON loose pigments is to make sure your skin is prepared and moisturised well with your favourite product. Simply press your applicator or brush into a small amount of the product using the lid to pack the colour into the product and then pat gently onto the skin.

I am doing a online course with Stacy Marie who is a exceptionally well known makeup artist in the UK. Stacy often uses the neon pigments in her creations and although I have neon pigments from another manufacturer, they do not work as well as these. I am absolutely blown away at their brightness and the staying power, even when used dry and not with a mixing medium. The Helen É pigments will be my go to in all my looks.
